(Probably worth noting that I am *far* less fatigued now at 40 on an everyday basis than I was before the Lyme and MCAS treatment, which was the majority of my 30s). I am 40 now and I noticed around 33 (when the mast cell disorder problems began to present) that socks always leave impressions in the skin of my legs for 20-30 minutes after I take them off (edema?), and chronic fatigue and itching have been problems for the same approximate length of time. Tendency to bruise easily A few of these apply to me-although those symptoms also can be related to my other health problems. Pale stool color, or bloody or tar-colored stool 7. Skin and eyes that appear yellowish (jaundice) 2. I wouldn't be asking about liver issues because my doctor didn't mention the high level, except that out of curiosity, I looked up signs and symptoms of liver disease, and I found this list: 1. The only medications I take now are H1 and H2 blockers to control the mast cell dysfunction, but I did take rifampin, and I know that it has been linked to liver damage (). I'm asking out of curiosity because I've had some severe health problems that have been improved greatly after having been diagnosed with late disseminated Lyme disease, Bartonella and mast cell activation disorder. These were flagged on my lab report, but my doctor said the test results are great except the slightly high LDL (124), but the doctor noted that the HDL:LDL ratio is OK (2.82). Everything else in my blood work is normal except a slightly elevated LDL cholesterol. The albumin (4.8) and globulin (2.0) are both in the normal range, although the globulin is near the low 1.5 level. My most recent blood test revealed a high (2.4) A/G ratio (reference 1.2 - 2.2).

That old classic, an illithid riding an enslaved beholder should ‘solve’ any ongoing issues you may have with this build being too OP. Low Wisdom and Intelligence saves, mediocre Charisma saves. Very reliant on magical damage, especially psychic & thunder, delivered at melee range, and thus very susceptible to magical damage limitation. Five ASIs are available: at 4 th, 8 th, 10 th, 13 th & 17 th level.ĭM’s Notes (a.k.a. You are up and running at 7 th level, getting pretty god-like at 11 th, with more big DPR boosts at 13 th, 16 th, 17 th and 20 th. Tertiary roles are as a Party Buffer with Aid, Death Ward and Freedom of Movement (FoM) from 14 th-20 th level, and an everyday buffer of ability checks with Guidance, able to be delivered via familiar, from 5 th level, and Control, using Booming Blade & Mobile. There are options to also pack Rope Trick and Catnap for emergency short rests in hostile territory after a near-TPK. This build is designed to maximise the synergy between Booming Blade, Warcaster, Shadow Blade, Twin-casting, Mobile, Elven Accuracy and War Magic for Melee DPR, with Action Surge & Hexblade’s Curse for Nova.Īs a secondary role this build is designed to Tank its way through a TPK, providing emergency Healing Word, Revivify and Mass Healing Word to get the party back on its feet, while protecting self with Protection against Evil & Good (PEG), Darkness, Warding Wind and Blur. Shadar-kai would be ideal mechanically and thematically. RAW & RAI, No UA, Not AL compliant, requires Feats and Multi-Classing variant rules. A ridiculously OP Melee DPR build for Eldritch Knight/Divine Soul focusing on Shadow Blade & Booming Blade, with TPK Management as their secondary role. Never ever refreeze thawed frozen food.Since we usually eat soups for dinner, I tend to leave the frozen soup in the fridge through the day. Reheat in a saucepan over medium heat, stir in the cooked pasta and serve hot. I recommend freezing 2 cup portions in freezer-safe silicon bags. Do not fill the container to the brim since liquids like soup expand when frozen. Leave at least 1 inch headspace in the container.Allow the soup to cool down completely before freezing. After thawing the soup, add pasta cooked to al dente to the soup, gently reheat and serve. So, make the soup without adding the pasta if you plan to freeze this. Skip the pasta or the carbs– if you plan on freezing this soup, then omit the pasta or any carbs.Freezing tips for freezing Italian chickpea soup Store leftovers in a covered air tight container. To reheat, transfer to a sauce pan and gently reheat over medium heat. Our easy protein rich chickpeas soup keeps well in the fridge for 3 days. Spices and seasonings- Salt, freshly cracked pepper and dried herbs like oregano and thyme are what we will use here.Any short pasta like Cavatelli, Orecchiette, short elbow pasta or Ditalini pasta also works well here. My bet for this soup is on whole wheat orzo. I have taken to this short pasta recently. While you can use plain water, I recommend stock for best results.
None of this is to say that his subject matter has changed much. His voice generally lands a little bolder than before, which gives the raps more impact. He’s become better at determining whether to skate over his bubbly sonics (“Biology 101”) or submerge himself within them (“HULU”). He cuts through throbbing 808s and minor octave keyboards on mid-album highlight “40 Clip,” where he flexes checks and leaves his jewelry at home to not embarrass anyone. Continuing the refinement seen on TLOP4, the fifth in the series further corrects this power imbalance his voice meets the production halfway, becoming more than just another detail in an audio mosaic. He’s never been bashful on the mic, but his beats-synths, drums, and sound effects whirring and clicking together like gears in a clock-tend to smother his breathy sing-song. There’s no denying Bourne’s strengths manifest as a producer first and a rapper second. It’s a slight upgrade, less a gear shift than a recalibration. The Life of Pi’erre 5-the fifth installment of his long-running series which also doubles as his sophomore major-label album-lands slightly closer to the sweet spot between beats and bars glimpsed on 2019’s The Life of Pi’erre 4. Bourne’s beats quickly became the star of the show as his approach became more ubiquitous, but he’s expressed frustration at having his raps looked over as a part of the experience: “I just want everyone to take me seriously for both,” he told The Fader in 2017. Though indebted to producers like Pharrell and Kanye West, songs like Nudy’s “No Stains” and Playboi Carti’s “Magnolia” hijacked genre conventions with chirpy abandon and helped lay the foundation for a new generation of rap psychedelia ruled by song leaks and heavy vibes. At the time, Bourne’s contrasting style was an anomaly within rap: he pitted cavernous 808s against synth lines that wouldn’t sound out of place in a 16-bit-era Sonic the Hedgehog game. They weren't excited about bringing Excalibur Umbra to the global build because they sat on it for 3 years, and they clearly aren't excited about bringing more umbra frames to the game because they've sat on that for 3 years despite saying they'd make a limited line of them. That is why I think it's close to zero chance DE releases another umbra frame. Players considered this as pandering to the Chinese player base and a slap in the face to international players as well as console players who were not allowed to have a Prime version of Excalibur. That's not something they would've done had they planned on revealing it and releasing it for international players.Īnd just to remind you what that controversy was, there was controversy because DE refused to release Excalibur Prime for non-Founder players, citing the marketed exclusivity of the Founders Program, yet they were effectively skirting around that marketed exclusivity by creating what amounted to a new Excalibur Prime for their Chinese players. Again, when they finally acknowledged their partnership and said they'd release Excal Umbra for the global build, they dragged their feet on it for 3 years. I believe it was their intention to keep it secret because they freely revealed their WIP content in devstreams. They did not handle Changyou content that way. This indicates that they didn't originally plan on releasing it for the global build, and that the decision to do so was a reaction to the controversy regarding Excalibur Umbra.īased on that reasoning, I believe their Changyou partnership and Excalibur Umbra were intended to be kept secret (because they probably knew people wouldn't like the idea of a Prime version of Excalibur that was region-exclusive), I believe DE did not intend on releasing it for their international player base, and I believe the decision to release it for their international player base was a reaction to the controversy surrounding Excalibur Umbra and not a pre-planned decision. When they finally put out a post talking about it and announcing that they'd release it for the global build, it took them three years before they decided on a way to add it to the game, signifying that they had no plan for releasing it for the global build (because, yes, if they originally intended to release it, then they would've had a plan for doing so). Only after there was controversy within the community did they address it. When they went to China, they were acting like they were on vacation on social media. When Excalibur Umbra leaked out, it took them way too long to acknowledge it. Terry Bryant Accident & Injury Law is located in Houston, Texas. Liliana Andrea Araujo, 41, from Venezuela, is one of the three victims wounded in Saturday State Fair of Texas shooting. It may have been the result of a motor vehicle wreck, a work accident, or wrongful harm. If you have chosen this book, it is likely that you and/or someone you love have been injured in an accident. This book should not be considered legal advice, but rather an introductory overview to the world of personal injury. This book clearly and concisely provides a step by step explanation of the entire process from accident to settlement. You are about to enter the legal world filled with its own members and its own vocabulary. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the six people who were killed Thursday in a pileup of over 100 vehicles on I-35W in Fort Worth. Fort Worth police are also working on reuniting crash victims with family members. Up to 100 cars were involved in the crashes. We hope that this book will help guide you through your rebound from an accident victim to the role you have now been cast in as a plaintiff. 6 killed in 130-vehicle pileup on icy Texas interstate. We have written this book as a self-help tutorial and an introduction to personal injury law for people who have found themselves just where you are now, the victim of an accident. Carbon residues in the pentose are numbered 1′ through 5′ (the prime distinguishes these residues from those in the base, which are numbered without using a prime notation). Each nitrogenous base in a nucleotide is attached to a sugar molecule, which is attached to one or more phosphate groups.įigure 3.31 Three components comprise a nucleotide: a nitrogenous base, a pentose sugar, and one or more phosphate groups. Three components comprise each nucleotide: a nitrogenous base, a pentose (five-carbon) sugar, and a phosphate group ( Figure 3.31). The nucleotides combine with each other to form a polynucleotide, DNA or RNA. Other types of RNA-like rRNA, tRNA, and microRNA-are involved in protein synthesis and its regulation.ĭNA and RNA are comprised of monomers that scientists call nucleotides. This intermediary is the messenger RNA (mRNA). The DNA molecules never leave the nucleus but instead use an intermediary to communicate with the rest of the cell. The other type of nucleic acid, RNA, is mostly involved in protein synthesis. DNA controls all of the cellular activities by turning the genes “on” or “off.” Many genes contain the information to make protein products. A chromosome may contain tens of thousands of genes. In eukaryotic cells but not in prokaryotes, DNA forms a complex with histone proteins to form chromatin, the substance of eukaryotic chromosomes. The cell's entire genetic content is its genome, and the study of genomes is genomics. In prokaryotes, the DNA is not enclosed in a membranous envelope. It is in the nucleus of eukaryotes and in the organelles, chloroplasts, and mitochondria. DNA is the genetic material in all living organisms, ranging from single-celled bacteria to multicellular mammals. The two main types of nucleic acids are deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA). They carry the cell's genetic blueprint and carry instructions for its functioning. Nucleic acids are the most important macromolecules for the continuity of life. Describe nucleic acids' structure and define the two types of nucleic acids.By the end of this section, you will be able to do the following: The RMS average for both was unchanged (save for overall level). When I analyzed the results, there was a 4.88 dB reduction overall in the track on Tidal and a 4.9 dB reduction in Amazon (probably within the measurement and calculation MOE). Since I'm currently on both Amazon HD and Tidal Lossless, I decided to run a test, doing stream rips of the same track from both, with and without their respective normalization features turned on. Here's part of a write-up I did of that comparison experiment (Dec 2019) between Amazon HD and Tidal Hi-Fi: (But it's important to remember that the common understanding is that at least some of the services are tinkering with normalization on an ongoing basis it's likely that things have changed since 2019.) The dynamics within the so-adjusted files were identical the absolute maximum and minimum levels were the same, as was the average RMS level (RMS is very similar to the new LUFS standard).Īnd when I compared the normalization in place on those services at the time, I found that the dynamic processing appeared to be virtually identical. I found a small difference in absolute level between the two and adjusted for it so that new copies of each file were precisely the same maximum/minimum levels. I used special tools to capture the audio streams as they came into my computer for a specific track that I also owned on CD and knew there was only one digital mastering at the time. My previous service, Google Play Music, had not had normalization so I was intrigued to see how the two services would approach it. I've read most of this article and I have reasonable confidence in its accuracy at the time it was printed.įWIW, I got on Tidal and Amazon Music HD about the same time. This article (aimed at the production community) is probably considerably tweakier than most folks are going to be interested in or even perhaps able to follow, but as I was looking at alternative articles that popped up in a Google search, I noticed some errors of fact. There's not going to be a whole lot of variation on the first of those two factors from service to service, but normalization can vary considerably and may be the object of ongoing tinkering from those services. There are two factors potentially at play: the relative level a given service/player targets as its maximum (its own, relative '0 dB') and the nature of loudness normalization offered by the streamer (and, of course, whether or not normalization's turned on). |
